Which logistics services do you provide?

We handle eight service groups: international freight forwarding, domestic freight and distribution, ocean freight, air freight, customs and documentation support, trucking and inland transportation, project and special cargo, and warehousing and cargo handling.

Do you handle international shipments as well as domestic ones?

Yes. We cover domestic shipments between cities and regions across Indonesia as well as international import and export requirements, subject to the licences, operational capacity, and partner network that apply.

Which transport modes can be used?

Shipments can move by sea (FCL, LCL, and cargo via shipping lanes), by air when time is critical, and overland through coordinated trucking. The mode is chosen around the nature of the goods, the route, and the deadline.

Do you assist with documentation and customs?

We provide customs and documentation support: coordination of trade documents and processes in line with the regulations that apply. Required documents are reviewed during the consultation stage.

Can you handle project cargo or special goods?

For project cargo and special handling requirements we provide early planning support, including route, equipment, and coordination with the relevant parties before the shipment is executed.

How long does a shipment take?

Transit time depends on the mode, the route, sailing or flight schedules, and documentation. The most accurate estimate is given once the cargo, origin, and destination are known.
